30-Hour Famine

Join the 30-Hour Famine to end hunger.

Hunger isn’t just an empty plate – it’s about lives left vulnerable, dreams left unrealised and potential left untapped. It means weakened bodies, lost opportunities for education, and families trapped in a perpetual cycle of poverty. We’ve had enough of hunger, poverty, and lost potential. It’s time to act!

The 30-Hour Famine is a global movement to end hunger and poverty. It’s where people like you stand up, speak out, and take action. Through interactive activities, you’ll experience a small part of the daily struggles faced by millions of children. You’ll also become an informed global citizen, raising funds and awareness to give children what they need.

Children have waited long enough for a chance at a better future. They’ve suffered enough. And we’ve had enough of seeing pain in the world. Together, we can say “ENOUGH!” to hunger and ensure children have ENOUGH to build bright, promising futures.

Are you ready to act with us? Let’s go!
